How do guests receive their photos?
Instant, on-site delivery, two ways:
Printed Portraits:
Every guest receives printed black-and-white 5 x 7-inch portraits mounted into archival-quality 8 x 10-inch mats.
and...
Digital files:
An iPad kiosk is available for guests to email themselves their digital photos instantly
Within minutes of the event's conclusion, the host will receive an online digital gallery of all of the portraits.
Can we customize the mats?
Your logo or custom marking can be embossed onto each mat that your guests receive. The embossing features your branding in a prominent location while still maintaining the integrity and timelessness of the portraits.
What are the requirements?
Space Requirements:
15 x 15 feet of floor space
8-foot high ceiling
Hard flooring (no carpet)
1x electrical circuit (120v x 15A)
Studio Set Design:
Together, we’ll collaborate to design and build a studio set using our full-sweep white paper backdrop.
A few basic rentals are required:
1x - 6-foot table + linen
2x - 30-inch high top cocktail table + linen
2x - chairs
You’ll also need*:
1x - armchair for posing
2x - bar stool with back for posing
